About Andrew Greig

I suppose the easiest way to sum me up would be to say that “I am a creative Developer“. I find a lot of joy designing, planning and brainstorming new creative ideas. But implementing those ideas and concepts into workable web products is where I really shine.

This site has been set up (quite recently) to help me share those ideas and help others learn more about Front-End development, Server Side Dev and what ever else I happen to working on; be it design, animation or just me sharing my random thoughts.

I currently work in the Advertising industry as Web Designer and Front End Developer for a small agency based out of Melbourne, Australia.

Whilst I originally started out with a focus on design and animation, my skills quickly changed and adapted as I, along with the rest of the world, started to realise that the Internet was the future of computing. I can now boast that I have extensive knowledge in Front End Development for web. My skillset includes languages and technologies such as xHTML, CSS, Javascript (JQuery, YUI) and PHP.

I have successfully developed and nurtured a number of side projects, the most well received one has been Designflavr.com. This site is an online Art and Design feature gallery. It showcases Art, Design and Websites from all around the world. To date it has seen over 10 million pageviews and the numbers keep growing.
